H3 Solutions uses a process for solutions development that starts with identifying the customers key requirements and ending with a fully functional solution that meets these requirements.

Use Case Modeling builds a shared vision of the proposed system.  Domain knowledge is spread into the solution space thus limiting unnecessary requirements and highlighting missed requirements.

The Functional Specification is a compilation of Use Cases that are prioritized.  The budget drives what is accomplished.

Tasks are derived from the Functional Specification items.  The tasks are grouped into work packages called "Sprints".  The completion of a Sprint results in a functional deliverable.
