MHQ with MOC development is a global effort, requiring all Numbered Fleets and Navy Component Commanders (WNCCs) to co-evolve this concept to ensure a globally netted capability is created to meet the demands and challenges of the President’s National Strategy for Maritime Security.

 Business Situation

The MHQ with MOC  consists of organizations spanning various information technology environments who need to interoperate and share information.  This diverse group is currently made up of 15 teams, each team working on a component that makes up the MHQ with MOC. 

Solution

The MHQ with MOC collaboration portal provides an environment where the teams consisting of team members from various organizations can interoperate.
