Mike has led teams of IT professionals working with current technologies and teams looking to the future, working with the next generation of technology. Mike spent 13 years in the Government sector, 4 of those years in executive positions.
Mick Herres Executive VP, Technology
With ten years in the IT/IS industry, Mick is considered a pioneer in the use and implementation of various web technologies including Adobe Flash, Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server, Microsoft SQL Reporting Services, and JavaScript/AJAX based Web 2.0 technology. As the CTO of Fusion Inc., he was the lead developer of the industry’s first database-driven Flash community site in 1999. Quickly becoming a leader in the Flash development community, he was invited to participate on the Macromedia Flash 5 Advisory Board, and to give multiple speeches on Flash/Database integration at Flash Forward conferences in San Francisco and New York City.
Joe Herres Executive VP, Product
With ten years in the IT/IS industry, Joe has demonstrated experience in user interface concept, design and development. Specialized in rapid prototype development for data driven applications, Joe is fluent in a variety of multimedia, web and software development tools. He holds five patents pending with Sony, related to User Interaction and Interface Design. Joe's ability to create functional prototypes, allowing the customer to realize their vision quickly, is a large part of his success.
